Zetas introduce new members in probate

Published (Volume 75, No. 8)

The campus of UTM was introduced to the newest additions to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated at 9:20 p.m. on Wednesday in the University Center ballroom.

The event was filled with both greek and non-greek students anticipating the arrival of the divine young ladies.

Some other organizations to attend were Delta Sigma Theta, Omega Psi Phi, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Kappa Alpha Psi and of course, the brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated.

However, it was “Zeta’s night to shine!”

It was the first night for the neophytes of the Delta Iota chapter to finally strut their stuff.

The presentation included a sincere dedication to the organization and it’s founders/members, side-splitting comedy routines and of course, a probate wouldn’t be a probate without some playful snapping and an eye-catching step routine.

The event ended with both the Zeta neophytes and prophytes reciting their sorority chant in unison, displaying one of the organization’s principles of sisterly love.

UTM congraulates the new additions to The Blue and White Family and wishes them the best for the future.

With traits such as charisma, intellect and beauty, this group of energetic young women is sure to take campus by storm!
