"Wrong Turn" makes right one

From the producer’s of I Know What You Did Last Summer comes Wrong Turn, which is based on the traditions of classic ‘70’s style horror movies.

Desmond Harrington plays Chris, a medical student, who is on his way to a job interview.

Chris gets caught in traffic and decides to cut through the backwoods on a deserted mountain road. Can you say, really bad decision?

At the same time, twenty-somethings Carly (Emmanuell Chriqui), Jessie (Eliza Dushku), Scott (Jeremy Sisto), Francine (Lindy Booth) and Evan (Kevin Zegers) are stranded because of a flat tire that temporarily puts a stop to their planned camping trip.

Chris loses control of his car and plows into the Range Rover driven by the group of would-be campers.

No one is hurt, but both vehicles are totaled. The group finds barbwire and decides that the reason for the accident must be someone’s idea of a joke.

Evan and Francine decide to stay with the cars, while the others set off in search of a phone.

Unfortunately, the first house they come upon is a ramshackle cabin in the middle of the wilderness, and the scary, non-stop chase begins.

The group now comes face to face with their worst nightmare, in the form of three inbred men.

These villians, however, are kept in the shadows just enough to build suspense for viewers.

The rest of the movie revolves around the group running from the men in fear of their lives, until eventually only a couple of them are left standing...or are they?

Chances are that if you like Scream and all of the other teen-slasher movies, you will like this one, too.
