The Skyhawks then travelled to Cookeville to take on the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.

In game one, the ’hawks scored point after point and took the game by a final score of 30-20.

UTM then headed off a Tech comeback in game two and took the game by a final score of 30-26.

The Skyhawks went into the break with a sweep on their minds, and that's exactly what they did.
