It’s time to reserve tickets for the Ninth Annual Dessert Evening at the UTM.

The event combines the best in musical talent with delectable desserts. Members of the University Singers and the New Pacer Singers will perform a variety of musical selections. At three different times during the event, desserts will be served.

“The dessert evening is two hours of great music and great fun presented to you by the University Singers and New Pacer Singers,” said Dr. Kevin Lambert, chairman of the department of music.

“We sing to you, then feed you, we sing some more, you eat more and so on. And you have to do some singing, too,” sad Dr. Lambert.

The dessert evening will begin at 8 p.m., Friday, Nov. 1 and Saturday, Nov. 2. Performances will be in the gallery of Fine Arts.

Tickets are $15 for each performance and all proceeds go to benefit the choral program. All ticket sales are in advance only and diabetic food can be arranged. Sodexho Food Services will provide the food.
