To UT Martin Students:

Congratulations to the many student organizations that worked tirelessly and effectively in the voter registration drive.

SGA, The Pacer, WUTM, Black Student Association, Pep Leaders, Freshman Council, College Democrats, College Republicans and many individuals were involved and the results were impressive.

Our students voted in record numbers in Weakley and other counties. The exercise of our voting rights is important to preserving our democracy.

Thanks to all involved. You showed class and you are a good indication that the future of our State and nation is going to be in good hands.
