Papa John's claims title for Martin's best pizza

On April 26, 2004 Pi Sigma Epsilon hosted it's Annual Pizza Tasting Contest.

Contestants were Domino's, Papa John's, and Pizza Hut. The pizza companies donated their pizza and service representatives from 11-1 on the campus of UTM.

The goal of the project is to promote the different companies to the majority college student target market. This event is a great way to increase the awareness of the best pizza in Martin and for a low cost which definitely aids in reaching the college market.

During the students could get four slices of pizza and a drink for only $3. Papa John's attributed their success to having the best ingredients so therefore the best pizza. Cheese and Pepperoni pizzas were the only ones being judged, but promotional items were allowed.

The event was originally scheduled for April 21, but due to rain it was rescheduled.
"We couldn't have asked for a prettier day." "The entire event was a success thanks to the student involvement and the Pizza companies for being so cooperative." (Jacob Smith, Senior Accounting Major)
Pi Sigma Epsilon participates in many activities and community service projects throughout the year.

The Annual Pizza Tasting Contest in one of the largest revenue sources for the "National Sales and Marketing Business Fraternity" thanks to the wonderful support from Domino's, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's.

Without their donation of pizza's and workers, the fraternity as a whole would struggle to donate to charities and be as involved in campus and community activities as in the past. Pi Sigma Epsilon would like to thank Domino's, Papa John's, and Pizza Hut for contributing to our success.
