Lunch can be a learning experience

It really is a near perfect package. Twice a month interested students gather together for about 45 minutes to eat and partake in great learning and discussions. About every other Wednesday in room 125, back of the cafeteria, forums are held that cover a huge range of topics including leadership, intimate relationships, learning to be assertive, and more. An added plus is that some professors offer extra credit to students who attend these forums. Also, for the new LEAD participants, this is an excellent opportunity of which to take advantage.

Every forum sports a different speaker with all the speakers of the forums coming from the Counseling and Career Services Center. Furthermore, if anyone has a certain passion for something or a great suggestion, contact the Counseling and Career Services Center and let the wonderful people over there know. They are always having group talks, presentations, etc.

Who knows, you might pick the next topic! If there are any questions, feel free to call the Counseling and Career Services Center on the second floor of the UC.
