Ladies of Minerva hot boxers contest raises thrills, money for Children’s Miracle Network


The annual Sigma Alpha Epsilon Ladies of Minerva Hot Boxers Contest was held on November 20, 2003. The theme being “Rock Stars” had contestants choosing interesting outfits and music to appear with. With the help of ten contestants the Ladies were able to make a generous contribution to the Children’s Miracle Network.

Winners of the competition included third place going to Brandon Niblock, sponsored by the Kappa Alpha Southern Bells; he recieved a plaque and free pizza coupon. Second place went to Joseph Tucker, represented by the brothers of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. He also recieved a plaque and free pizza coupon. Finally, first place went to Brent Smoyer, represented by the Ladies of Minerva. He received a plaque and $100.

The participation award for the event went to the sisters of Zeta Tau Alpha. Event Chair Courtney Magbee, said “We were very excited about the success of this years event!”
